JANICE SPICER Janice Spicer, age 72 of Grand Forks, passed away on Thursday, August 24, 2017 in her home. A Memorial service will be held on Thursday, August 31, 2017 at 3:00 P.M. at Sharon Lutheran Church (1720 20th St. S.) Grand Forks, ND. Visitation will be 1 hour before service time.
