Betty Jane Dohman

Betty J. Dohman, 84, of East Grand Forks, MN, died Saturday, October 11, 2014, at Valley Eldercare Center in Grand Forks. Betty was born February 16, 1930, in Berthold, ND, the daughter of Louis & Florence (Satrang) Buerth. She married Robert Dohman in May of 1955 in Compton, CA. Together they raised 7 wonderful children. She and Robert enjoyed 59 years of marriage. Betty worked in Dietary and salad prep and United/Altru Hospital in Grand Forks. She enjoyed crochet, reading books and puzzles. Betty is survived by her husband, Robert; children, Robert, Kathy, David, Mike, Barb, Steven, Kim (Shawn) Dockter; grandchildren, David, Denice, Chelsea, Aaron, Cody, Rachel, Jessica, Zachary, Rylan and future great-grandchild, Kannan. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Arlis; infant baby brother, Gerald.
