Bruce C. Lundeby

Bruce Cameron Lundeby, 77, Grand Forks, ND, went peacefully home to Heaven on Sunday, July 25, 2021 in his home under the loving care of his family. 

Bruce was born January 9, 1944 in Grand Forks, the son of Cecil and Sigfried (Enstad) Lundeby. He was raised and educated in Bismarck and Grand Forks and graduated from Central High School. He worked for the rehabilitation hospital in Grand Forks before attending the University of Minnesota to become an X-Ray Technician. He served 4 years with the U.S. Army National Guard and Army Reserves. Bruce worked for many years as a truck driver for Federal Express. He later worked as a semi-truck driver and eventually Safety Director for Altendorf Trucking.  

Bruce was very devoted to his family. He and Marge raised their 4 wonderful children with each one being his favorite!  He would spend countless hours with his grandchildren reading books, watching cartoons, or attending all their special events. Bruce also had a love for music, classic cars, old westerns, telling stories, and riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle. 

Bruce married the love of his life Marjorie Foley on Aug 19^th, 1967 in Manvel, ND. She survives along with their children, Jeff Lundeby, Jim (Shanna) Lundeby, Darbie Parenteau, and Jered (Carolyn) Lundeby, all of Grand Forks; grandchildren, Alex & Jacob Lundeby, Wyatt & Anders Parenteau, Gary, Jayce, Will, John, and Dulcinea Lundeby; siblings, Virginia (Jim) Smallwood, CA, Dwight Lundeby, MN, Mark Lundeby, ND, Cyndee (Dave) Johnson, CT, Luther (Vicky) Lundeby, Iowa, and Kirstin Polack, CA; in-laws Marianne Braaten, Pat (Roberta) Foley, Don (Karen) Foley, Dennis (Kay) Foley, Judy (Gary) Anderson, Fran Scholand, Connie (Doug) Beireis and several nieces & nephews. 

Bruce was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Sylvia Schorr; daughter-in-law, Andrea Lundeby; and his in-laws, Isabell & Frank Foley, Mike, Bob, & Butch Foley, and Dorothy Nelson.  

Funeral Services will be 2:00 PM Friday, July 30, 2021 at Bible Baptist Church of Grand Forks. Visitation will be from 1:00-2:00 pm in the church. Burial will be in Memorial Park South Cemetery of Grand Forks. Arrangements are with Amundson Funeral Home of Grand Forks.
