Delores J. Kuznia, 89 of Warren, Minnesota passed away Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at North Star Manor, Warren, Minnesota.

Delores was born on August 28, 1936, the daughter of Thomas and Elizabeth (Gruhot) Kuznia in Middle River Township of Marshall County, Minnesota. She was raised in Stephen and graduated from Stephen High School. Delores furthered her education at the State School of Science in Wahpeton, receiving a degree in nursing. She worked as a nurse at St. John’s Hospital and Dakota Heart Hospital in Fargo, North Dakota. In 2002, Delores moved to Grand Forks and worked at Home Place Thrifty Store during her retirement years.

Delores attended Holy Family Catholic Church in Grand Forks. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

Delores is survived by her sister, Esther Storeby; sisters-in-law, Barb Kuznia and Kathleen Kuznia; numerous nieces and nephews.

Delores was preceded in death by her parents, sister, Rose Ann Gryskiewicz, brothers, Paul, Andrew and Lawrence Kuznia.

The family of Delores would like to thank the staff at North Star Manor and HIA Hospice for the excellent care and compassion Delores received.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at St. Stephen Catholic Church, Stephen, Minnesota. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at St. Stephen Catholic Church, Stephen, Minnesota.
