Elizabeth Fanny (Boulden) Kyllo, at the age of 89, of Larimore, ND passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 12th, 2024, after a long and happy life. She was very loved and will be sorely missed.
Elizabeth was born June 2, 1934, in Oakes, ND to parents Alfred S. and Betty (Ogden) Boulden. She graduated from Larimore High School. She was a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother who was always there when needed. She was a well-loved member of the community in Larimore, ND where she was very involved in helping in church events and had been involved in a homemaker's club for years. She was known and loved for her warm, welcoming demeanor and the delicious meals she whipped up for family and friends. She enjoyed gardening, dancing, traveling, and playing cards or games with family and friends.
Elizabeth is survived by her two children, son, David Kyllo and daughter, Joanie Kyllo; her two grandchildren, Artiera Evans and Kayla (Kyllo) (Darin) Elke; two great grandchildren, Avery and Finn Elke; brother, Cameron Boulden; and several nieces and nephews whom she thoroughly enjoyed. She always cherished family and was so very proud of them.
Elizabeth is preceded in death by her parents, Al & Betty Boulden; her adoring husband and love of her life Howard C. Kyllo; and brothers, Alfred W. & Keith O. Boulden.
A funeral service will be held in her honor at Larimore United Methodist Church on Saturday, June 1, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Raenelle Sorensen officiating. Visitation will take place one hour prior to service. A reception to follow in the dining room in the church basement for fellowship and refreshments. Come help us celebrate her wonderful life with memories shared.
Her family members are very thankful to all of you who extended help and support during the hard times. In lieu of flowers, you are invited to make a donation in her honor to Larimore United Methodist Church, First Care Hospital, or Bellevue Cemetery.
