Lloyd Gerald Kuster, 90 of Reynolds, ND died Thursday, May 1, 2025, at Valley Senior Living, Grand Forks, ND.

Gerald was born on February 10, 1935, the son of Walter and Anna (Syverson) Kuster on the family farm in rural Reynolds, ND. Gerald graduated from Reynolds High School in 1953. He was also on the Americus Township Board (57 years), Farmers Union Co-op of Grand Forks (Chairman of the Board - 30 years), and Reynolds Co-op Elevators. He was a member of St. Olaf Lutheran Church and Trinity Free Lutheran Church where he served as Deacon for many years.

Gerald enjoyed time at his lake home on Maple Lake. He cherished the time spent with his family.

Gerald is survived by his loving wife of 70 years, Arla Mae Kuster of Reynolds, ND; children, Lloyd (Linda) Kuster of Grand Forks, ND, Lenore (Mark) Stevens of Mooreton, ND, Loren (Pam) Kuster of Reynolds, ND, Dr. Lori (Rick) Sondrol of Grand Forks, ND, Lisa (Rick) Bohm of Grand Forks, ND and Leroy (Mary Lou) Kuster of Reynolds, ND; son-in-law, Calvin Klamm of Grand Forks, ND; seventeen grandchildren, Nichole (Joe) Ulrich, Luke (Sarah) Kuster, Justin (Kelsey) Kuster, Tyler (Naomi) Kuster, Trisha (Lyle) Levery, Tyson Stevens, Trevor (Mallory Carlson) Stevens, Michael Klamm, Kris (Jessie) Kuster, Katie (Chris) Andree, Megan (Brian) Verley, Jadyn Sondrol, Jasmine Sondrol, Kelsey (Ben) Jones, Kendra Bohm, Lynnae Kuster and Kayla Kuster; seventeen great-grandchildren; brother, Walter Kuster Jr of Greeley, CO and sister, Geraldine (Ron) McMenamy of Venice, FL; numerous nieces and nephews.
