Jeffrey "Jeff" J. Chappell, age 64, passed away Saturday, December 13, 2025, at the Altru Hospital in Grand Forks, North Dakota, surrounded by his loving family. 

Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, December 19, 2025, at Amundson Funeral Home Chapel in Grand Forks, North Dakota. Visitation will be held 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
