Jerry Lee Knutsvig

Jerry L. Knutsvig, 69, of Buxton, ND, died on Friday, July 15, 2022 at Altru Hospital in Grand Forks. At Jerry's request, no public services will be held. Jerry Lee Knutsvig was born on July 27, 1952, in Grand Forks, ND, to Orlean and Theoline (Rystad) Kuntsvig. He was raised and received his education at Central Valley School in Buxton, graduating in 1970. Following high school, Jerry attended Aakers Business College in Grand Forks, where he later graduated. Upon completion of his education, Jerry began working at Bradshaw Construction. He then continued his employment at Our Own Hardware in Buxton, Coast to Coast Hardware and Olsen Hardware in Hillsboro, and later, Target in Grand Forks. Jerry is survived by, sisters; Bonnie (Jim) Stephens of Martinsburg, WV, Betty Krause of Aurora, CO, Diane (John) Reinhard of Shawnee, KS, and Judy (Steve) Finstrom of Savage, MN; a brother, Orlean "Sonny" (Rita) Knutsvig of Reynolds, ND; and a sister-in-law, Wanda Knutsvig; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Duane and Darrel Knutsvig; and a nephew, David Knutsvig.
