Ronnie L. Nordine

Ronnie L. Nordine, age 70, of Grand Forks, North Dakota, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 2, 2025.

Ronnie Lee Nordine was born October 4, 1955, in Hallock, Minnesota, to Donald and Erika (Degler) Nordine. Ron graduated from East Grand Forks Senior High with the class of 1973. On March 25, 1978, Ron was inducted into the United States Marine Corps. He honorably served for 3 years and was discharged on March 2, 1981. On June 10, 1993, Ron was united in marriage to Patricia “Patty” Jackson. Together, they raised their family in Grand Forks. Ron was a passionate Minnesota Vikings fan. His love for his family will be deeply missed.

Ronnie is survived by his wife, Patty Nordine of Grand Forks; sons, Donald (Courtney) Nordine and Erich Nordine; daughter, Yvonne (Michael) Johnson; grandchildren, Hunter, Avery, Carter, Tasha, Zach Trent, Connor, and Morgan; mother, Erika Nordine; sister, Michelle (fiancé Dennis Munson) Coulter; nieces, Amanda (Bryant) Barstad and Shelby (Matt) Riske; great-nieces and nephews, Kinsleigh, Livia, Bentley, and Laker.

He was preceded in death by his father, Donald Nordine; daughter, Yvette Bardell; and brother-in-law, Don Coulter.

Interment will be held in the Spring of 2026 at Riverside Cemetery in Lake Bronson, Minnesota. Arrangements entrusted to Amundson Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Grand Forks, ND.
