Salvacion Hufnagel

Salvacion “Sanie” Hufnagel passed away peacefully April 21, 2023, with her family by her side.

Sanie was born January 24, 1944, in the Philippines where she grew to be a strong member of the confraternity of the Catholic church. Later she would meet her would be husband Anthony “Tony” Hufnagel who was station there with the United States Air Force.

She later moved to the US and began a family with him. She was also very active in the church here assisting Monsignor Macnemy and several priests with various activities within the church.

Sanie is survived by her three sons: Fred Hufnagel, Grand Forks, ND, Ron Hufnagel, Reynolds, ND, and Steve Hufnagel, Grand Forks, ND, as well as granddaughters: Leah, Emma, and Lyndsay.
